Four New & Easy Bliss Ball Recipes to Kick Start 2017!

2017 = New Year, New Me!?! Haha! I giggle every time I hear that saying. But, seriously, this year I have a big U.S. trip planned with a group of ten girlfriends and that equals a bikini - in vegas. *Squeals in embarrassment* Haha!
So in reality, I've got six months to do something about this dad bod I'm working with and that means no more late snacks! *Sad face*
I decided to help reduce sugar cravings and to keep me motivated on my meal prep plan, I needed a bunch of new bliss ball recipes to keep me on the straight and narrow. I hope you enjoy them as much as I have! Seriously easy, incredibly cheap and only 4 - 5 ingredients per flavour! I've added a shopping list here as well if you would like to go out and just purchase all the ingredients to make them all at home in one large batch to last a few weeks.
Shopping list for all four bliss balls (40 balls):
150g crushed peanuts
300g cashews
150g macadamias
400g desiccated coconut
32 Medjool dates
1 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tbsp. maca powder

Caramel Bliss Balls
Simple! Delicious! The best tasting bliss balls you will taste!
Serves 10 balls
GLUTEN FREE | RAW | VEGAN | PALEO | DAIRY FREE
Equipment Required: Food processor and container
Ingredients
1 cup cashews
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 tbsp. maca powder
1/4 cup maple syrup
Directions
1. Add ingredients to your food processor and blend.
2. Roll into bite size balls and place on baking paper on a tray in the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Serve with a hot cup of tea and enjoy!

Peanut Butter Bliss Balls
Peanut butter lovers rejoice! The cheapest and easiest bliss balls you will make in the kitchen in 2017.
Serves 10 balls
GLUTEN FREE | RAW | VEGAN | PALEO | DAIRY FREE
Equipment Required: Food processor and container
Ingredients
1 cup crushed peanuts
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup maple syrup
*Crushed peanuts can be found in the nut section of the baking isle! These are only around $2.00 for 200g! Super cheap and convenient!
Directions
1. Add ingredients to your food processor and blend.
2. Roll into bite size balls and place on baking paper on a tray in the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Serve with a hot cup of tea and enjoy!

Chocolate Bliss Balls
Cure all chocolate cravings with these delicious chocolate bliss balls!
Serves 10 balls

Coconut + Macadamia & White Choc Chip Bliss Balls
Ok! Coconut and macadamia is delicious but for this recipe - I went bad and added a tablespoon of white choc chip baking bits. So not as healthy as plain coconut and macadamia but hey they tasted good! If your wanting a super clean bliss ball then just hold on the white choc chip bits.
Serves 10 balls

1 cup macadamias
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. white choc chip baking pieces (optional)

1. Add ingredients to your food processor and blend.
2. Roll into bite size balls and place on baking paper on a tray in the fridge for 1 hour.
3. Serve with a hot cup of tea and enjoy!
