Peanut + Choc Raw Slice w/t Hazelnuts & Choc Topping
My favourite new baby raw slice with a hint of maple & peanut <3
GLUTEN FREE | RAW | PALEO | VEGAN | DAIRY FREE
Serves 16 slices
Serves 1 large cake or two smaller cakes
Approx. $11.50 AUD per batch - $0.70 AUD per slice
Equipment Required: Spring form cake tin & food processor

Base Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Medjool dates, pitted
2 cups desiccated coconut
Filling Ingredients
2 cups cashews, soaked for 4 hours or overnight
1 cup smoothie peanut butter
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp. coconut oil
Topping Ingredients
Handful hazelnuts
4 tbsp. choc sauce (recipe here)
Directions

Prepare a spring form circle-baking tin with coconut oil spray.

Blend base ingredients together in a food processor.

Once combined press the base into the baking tin.

Blend filling ingredients together in a food processor and purse until smooth.

Once smooth, pour the mixture over the base and freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or overnight.
