Lemon + Ginger and Manuka Honey Tea
After working in New Zealand last year I came across this fabulous Manuka Honey company called Manukora (link) and I ended up doing some recipe creative work for them.
After working with the owner Mike and learning about the benefits of Manuka Honey, I started incorporating this into my daily diet everyday for its great medicinal value. I've found over the last several months I have become so addicted to it!
Starting the day with a fresh glass of lemon, ginger and Manuka Honey tea is a great way to incorporate this delictable honey into your diet.
GLUTEN FREE | VEGETARIAN | DAIRY FREE
Serves 1

Ingredients
1 lemon teabag
1 tsp. manuka honey (I use 20+ grade)
½ tsp. ginger, grated
200ml boiling water
Directions
1. Place teabag, manuka honey and grated ginger into a mug.
2. Fill with boiling water and allow steeping for five minutes!
3. Enjoy!
Tip – For an ice tea version as per image, place in the fridge for four hours, serve cold with plenty of ice in a glass! Delicious!
