Chicken + Bacon & Avocado Salad
A great tasting low carb salad to help curve hunger cravings!
GLUTEN FREE | PALEO | DAIRY FREE
Serves 2
Equipment Required: Baking tray and oven

Salad Ingredients
2 cups rocket
Handful of cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 avocado, sliced
Handful of pinenuts
Optional - honey mustard dressing would be perfect with this recipe!
Chicken & Bacon Ingredients
1 large chicken breast
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. Master Food’s seasonal powder or taco seasoning for extra flavour zing!
100g shortcut rindless bacon, diced
Chicken Directions
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C or 356°F.
2.Line a large baking tray with baking paper and place chicken breast on the tray.
3.Season chicken breast with sesame seeds and seasonal powder and place tray in the oven for 20 -25 minutes. To check if chicken is thoroughly cooked through cut a piece in half.
4.Place bacon in a frying pan on medium heat and fry for 5 minutes until cooked.
Salad Construction
4.While the chicken is cooking, prep the salad and place on a plate.
5.Top with sliced chicken breast and bacon. Add a drizzle of balsamic for an extra hit!
