Strawberry Overnight Oats​

More of a creamy inspired Bircher style muesli perfect served warm in winter or cold in summer. If you are on the run, this breakfast in a jar is perfect for on the go.

 

GLUTEN FREE | RAW | PALEO | VEGAN | DAIRY FREE

 

Serves 2 large serves

 

Equipment Required: Glass cup or jar

Ingredients

 

1 cup gluten free oats

1/2 cup pepitas

1/2 cup desiccated coconut

1 tbsp. maple syrup

1 1/2 cup nut milk

200g strawberries, chopped

 

Garnish Ideas

 

Sliced strawberries, halved

Handful coconut chips

 

Directions

 

  1. In a bowl, mix the ingredients together and then pour it into two jars.

  2. Allow to set overnight in the fridge.

  3. Add in garnish ideas, serve and enjoy!
