Blueberry Smoothie

A few frozen blueberries combined with the deep sweetness of maple syrup blended with a frozen banana is perfect for a quick and easy morning breakfast.

 

GLUTEN FREE | VEGETARIAN | DAIRY FREE OPTION | VEGAN OPTION

 

Serves 1

Ingredients

 

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp. maple syrup

½ banana, frozen

1/4 cup coconut or Greek yoghurt

½ cup skim milk or almond milk for a vegan alternative

 

Directions

 

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

2. Serve and enjoy!
