Strawberry + Chicken Salad
Fresh strawberries in a salad mixed with red onion, avocado and balsamic is a match made in heaven. Paired with some delicious baked chicken and you have got yourself a winning salad combination!

Serves 2
Equipment Required: Baking tray and oven

Salad Ingredients
2 cups spinach
Handful of green beans, fresh or frozen
¼ purple onion, sliced
1 cup strawberries, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
Handful of pinenuts
Handful of pepitas
Optional - Balsamic Vinegar, my favourite!
Chicken Ingredients
1 large chicken breast
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. Master Food’s seasonal powder or taco seasoning for extra flavour zing!
Chicken Directions
1.Preheat the oven to 180°C or 356°F.
2.Line a large baking tray with baking paper and place chicken breast on the tray.
3.Season chicken breast with sesame seeds and seasonal powder and place tray in the oven for 20 -25 minutes. To check if chicken is thoroughly cooked through cut a piece in half.
Salad Construction
4.While the chicken is cooking, prep the salad and place on a plate.
5.Top with sliced chicken breast and add a drizzle of balsamic for an extra hit!
