Caramel Banana Ice Cream
The perfect dairy free banana ice cream I have tried to date!

Serves 6 scoops

Equipment Required: Food Processor
Ingredients
1 cup Medjool dates, pitted
4 bananas, frozen
¼ cup coconut yoghurt
¼ cup coconut water
1 tbsp. coconut sugar
½ tsp. cinnamon
Garnish Ideas
½ banana, sliced
2 tbsp. maple syrup or 2 tbsp. caramel sauce
2 tbsp. crushed almonds
Directions
1. Place ingredients into your food processor and combine until smooth.
2. Place mixture in an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight.
3. Before serving allow up to 5 minutes to defrost a little before garnishing with sliced bananas and maple syrup.
