Choc Peppermint Mousse​​

This mousse is divine and a perfect treat for any occasion. 

 

GLUTEN FREE | PALEO | VEGAN | DAIRY FREE | RAW 

 

Serves 6 

 

Approx. $7.01 AUD per batch - $1.16 AUD per serve 

 

Equipment Required: Blender 

Ingredients 

 

1 x 400ml can coconut cream 

1 tbsp. cacao powder 

1 tsp. vanilla extract 

5 drops peppermint essential oil 

¼ cup chia seeds 

¼ cup coconut sugar 

 

Directions 

 

1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend! 

2. Pour into a bowl or jar and leave over night

3. Enjoy! 

 

Tip - Serve with fresh berries and coconut whipped cream!
