Choc Peppermint Mousse
This mousse is divine and a perfect treat for any occasion.

Equipment Required: Blender

Ingredients
1 x 400ml can coconut cream
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 drops peppermint essential oil
¼ cup chia seeds
¼ cup coconut sugar
Directions
1. Place all ingredients in the blender and blend!
2. Pour into a bowl or jar and leave over night.
3. Enjoy!
Tip - Serve with fresh berries and coconut whipped cream!
