Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seed puddings are so simple and so delicious!

 

GLUTEN FREE | RAW | PALEO | VEGAN | DAIRY FREE

 

Serves 1 large cup or 2 smaller cups

 

Equipment Required: Glass cup or jar

Ingredients

 

1/4 cup blueberries, crushed

1 cup almond milk

2 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla extract

1/4 cup chia seeds

 

Garnish Ideas

 

Handful fresh blueberries

Handful coconut chips

 

Directions

 

1.Firstly, place blueberries in the jar and crush them with a muddler or fork to release the blueberry juice and flesh.

2.Add in milk, maple syrup and vanilla extract and whisk until well combined.

3.Then add chia seeds and thoroughly mix until well combined.

4.To create a clean and even looking chia seed pudding, pour the mixture into a new glass jar and refridgerate for 4 hours.

5.Garnish with fresh blueberries, coconut chips and some cute little edible flower petals if presenting for friends or family.

6.Enjoy!
