Kiwi, Cucumber & Mint Infused Coconut Water
Cucumber infused water is so incredibly refreshing. With the addition of mint and kiwifruit this recipe becomes the ultimate blend of fruits and herbs.

Equipment Required: 1 liter glass Mason jar or carafe

Ingredients
2 x kiwifruit, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced
2 sprigs mint
1 cup ice
750ml of fresh coconut water or water
Directions

With a sharp knife slice kiwifruit and cucumber and place aside.

Place kiwifruit, cucumber, mint and ice in a large jar or carafe.

Pour coconut water or water over the top and enjoy! (For more flavour, allow the mixture to infuse in the fridge for an hour or so or even overnight for a full burst of flavour).
