Choc Protein Balls
These delicious little protein balls are the perfect 3pm snack to cure sugar cravings!
Serves 10 large balls
GLUTEN FREE | RAW | VEGAN
Equipment Required: Mixing Bowl and blender

Ingredients
1 cup dates
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
1/2 cup almonds
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp. coconut oil
Additional coconut oil may be needed depending on the consistency of your protein balls and the protein powder used
Directions
1. Add ingredients to your food processor and blend.
2. Depending on the consistency of your balls, add in 1 tbsp. of coconut oil at a time until desired texture enough to roll protein balls.
3. Roll into bite size balls and place on baking paper on a tray in the fridge for 1 hour.
4. Serve with a hot cup of tea and enjoy!
