Healthy Summer Roll Bars
Such an easy and delicious slice to create at home! Create a slice of chop into bars or bliss balls and enjoy!
Serves 12 slices

Equipment Required: Food processor + baking paper and rolling pin
GLUTEN FREE | RAW | VEGAN | DAIRY FREE

Ingredients
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup cashew butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

In a food processor, blend all ingredients together until a smooth dough consistency.

Using two pieces of baking paper, place one piece on the kitchen bench and add mixture onto the baking paper.

Place the second piece of baking paper on top and using the rolling pin create a level and even slice.

To get square neat edges, simply slice with a knife desired shape and place mixture on top of slice and roll again until desired shape and height.

Place in the fridge for 1 hour and once ready, cut into slices with a sharp nice and enjoy!
Tip - Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and enjoy!
